Arrival day
Upon arrival you will meet your guide for the trip and they will take you through the equipment that you will be using and finish off any last minute preparation ready to venture forth to the remote Southern islands. Accommodation for this night is provided on Koh Chang.
Day 1
Klong Koi beach – Koh Wai

Transport is provided down to the South of the island. You will depart from Klong Koi beach on the Southern edge of Koh Chang, providing you with a striking view of some of the islands you will be visiting. From here we will head to the magnificent isle of Koh Khlum where we stop for lunch before heading off to the pretty and unspoilt island of Koh Wai for the night.
Day 2
Koh Wai – Ko Rang Yai

Heading South from Koh Wai the day’s route takes us through some fantastic snorkelling spots on our way to Koh Rang Yai. Here we rest for the night with a lovely camp fire watching the stars and sleeping in hammocks before the journey to Koh Mak.
Day 3
Ko Rang Yai – Ko Mak
13km
On Day 3 the route first takes us down the East coast of Koh Rang Yai, heading to a small secluded bay in the South of the island for a break. Once refreshed the journey takes us East to the North Western bay of Koh Mak called Ao (bay) Soun Yai, where we stop for the night.
Day 4
Rest day – a fantastic opportunity to explore all Koh Mak has to offer or simply relax.
Day 5
Ko Mak – Ko Lao Nai

This day takes you back North again via the rocky outcrops of Hin Chen Thale & Wesatri Shoal and onto a lunch spot on Ko Bai Dang. From here we head North again, aiming for the secluded island of Koh Lao Nai where the night will be spent looking back at the amazing views of Koh Chang. Here there is opportunity of a camp setting or a resort setting at an additional cost.
Day 6
Ko Lao Nai - Klong Koi beach
10.5km
The last leg of the journey takes us back along the Southern coast heading off for lunch on a secluded beach on the very Southern tip of Koh Chang. From here we return to the start point at Klong Koi. Here we will stay at a traditional resort at the bottom of the island.
Day 7
Klong Koi beach – Amari Resort
16km
Leaving the bottom of the island from Klong Koi beach we paddle up the west coast of Koh Chang. Stopping at a one of the five islands, you will have some food and an opportunity to snorkel. Leaving here it is a short paddle back to the main start point where you’ll spend your last night celebrating your accomplishments on Koh Chang (accommodation provided).
